Susan Cole is a self-taught home vegan cook who has been cooking vegan food for seven years. She uses recipes from a variety of cookbooks along with finding them on the web.
She cooks for her family every night and almost always includes a healthy salad. She is a vegan chef for health, animal rights and environmental reasons.
Susan explained, “I get my inspiration for a lot of foods that I have had in the past, maybe foods that I grew up on that my grandparents cooked or my mom, and I would want to veganize them and so that was a really fun and interesting way of looking at cooking.”
